Development Coordinator

Earle is a passionate and dedicated volleyball coach with a strong commitment to developing young athletes both on and off the court. With a focus on skill-building, teamwork, and character, he’s had the privilege of coaching at one of Southern California’s most competitive clubs – SCVC.

Assistant Coach SCVC Boys 12U 2023–2024 – Contributed to the development and success of a talented 12U team that earned 3rd Place at the 2024 USA Volleyball Junior National Championships. Focused on individual player growth, technical fundamentals, and building a positive team culture.

Head Coach SCVC Boys 12U 2024 – 2025 – Led the team to a 5th place finish in the SoCal Cup season and Top 8 finish in the SoCalCup Showcase. Emphasized leadership, accountability, and high-performance training in a competitive club environment.

With a growing track record of success, Earle strives to build confident, coachable, and resilient athletes through a balance of discipline, encouragement, and love for the game.
